Ben Reed

FOUNDER/Executive Producer

Ben Reed is a 20-year veteran of the sports and entertainment production industry, with three National Sports Emmy Awards and nine nominations to his name. He helped redefine the way NASCAR was presented to a national audience before joining PGA TOUR Originals and ultimately founding Blazing Bull Productions.

Throughout his career, Ben has worked as a story producer, editor and creative producer on some of the most recognizable projects in sports and entertainment, including All or Nothing: A Season with the Michigan Wolverines on Prime Video, Shaq Life on TNT, Coach Snoop on Netflix and 1989: The Year That Made Us on National Geographic.

His work has appeared across every major sports and entertainment network and numerous streaming platforms. He has also produced on-site at some of the biggest events in sports, including the Ryder Cup, The Masters and the Daytona 500.

Under Ben’s leadership, Blazing Bull Productions has been selected as the Broadcast Content Team for three Ryder Cups, two KitchenAid Senior PGA Championships and five PGA Championships, along with numerous other championship and amateur golf events.

The company has also produced more than a dozen feature-length documentaries and a wide range of premium content across sports, entertainment and corporate storytelling—including two PGA Championship Official Films.

Ben brings together championship-level production experience, cinematic storytelling and a deep understanding of what makes an audience care about a story.

Ryan Dever

Director, Post Production

A 20 year veteran in the sports and entertainment industry, Ryan oversees all aspects of Blazing Bull’s Post Production process. A highly skilled and sought after editor, Ryan has worked on staff with CBS Sports Network, MLB Network and FloSports before launching a successful freelance career. 

Ryan, a four time Emmy award winner, was the lead editor on two ESPN "30 for 30's" (Phi Slamma Jamma & Brian and The Boz), the Emmy nominated "Texas 6," on Paramount Plus and was an Editor on the Emmy Award winning series "Outcry" on Showtime as well as editing NOT ME, the 2016 Best Documentary at the Middle Coast Film Festival.
